Interior Architecture

Homes meant for living in.

We take on houses that feel a little disconnected and turn them into places you actually want to spend time in. No velvet ropes, just good light, natural materials, and rooms that work for your actual life.

The Philosophy

Forget the showroom look.

A lot of design portfolios look stunning right up until you try to sit on the sofa. We do not do that. When we walk into a new project, we are looking at the architecture, but we are mostly looking at how you move through the space.

Where does the dog sleep? Where do you drop your keys when your hands are full? Good interiors solve those daily frictions. We rely heavily on materials that age beautifully, like solid oak, heavy linen, and unlacquered brass. This ensures your house looks better five years from now than it did on install day.

The people behind the work.

Sarah Jenkins, Co-Founder

Sarah Jenkins

Co-Founder & Lead Designer

"I want clients to feel immediately at ease when they walk through their front door. It should not feel like a museum, it should just feel like a really good version of home."

Marcus Chen, Architectural Lead

"Good bones make everything else easier. We fix the flow and the light first, and once that foundation is solid, the rest of the room naturally falls into place."

Capabilities

How we can help.

We adapt to the scale of what you need. From drawing up floor plans before the drywall goes up, to tracking down the perfect vintage rug to finish a room.

Architectural Design

We step in early alongside your architect or builder. This covers everything from spatial planning and electrical layouts down to the cabinet hardware and baseboards. It is an end-to-end process meant to take the decision fatigue entirely off your plate.

Furnishing & Art

Sometimes a house has great bones but feels completely empty. We spend our time sourcing vintage pieces, commissioning custom upholstery, and tracking down artwork that does not look like it came from a hotel lobby.

The Two-Hour Consult

For those smaller hurdles. Maybe you have a contractor waiting on a paint schedule, or you just cannot figure out why your living room feels off. We sit down, roll up our sleeves, and solve the immediate problems together.

Client Experiences

"

Sarah and Marcus did not just make our house look good for photos, they made it functional. The layout finally makes sense for how our family actually lives.

Elena M.

"

I was worried a designer would push me into a trendy aesthetic, but they just listened. The finished space feels entirely like us, only better.

David T.

"

They caught architectural issues before the builders even started framing. Easily the smartest investment we made in our renovation.
